It's great that I can have so much input with who comes into my home. Having people I already know and trust is far superior to the other companies that choose aides. My friends respect my needs and preferences and are a much better help than I'd had in the past. The most difficult part of this has been the arranging of our individual schedules to avoid conflicts. Otherwise it's an awesome way to get help. I'm grateful for the help I need even though I am very independent and would rather do it all myself. This way I don't feel as guilty about asking for help that I can't afford but need. I get to live in my own space with my own things and have autonomy and privacy.

This program has been very helpful in the care of my mother. I had begun looking for a second job, but it was hard to find one that worked around my mother's care. Her mobility had declined, and I had to take on double my normal role, and it did take a lot to talk me into looking into this program, but I found that Freedom Care has allowed me to give her that special care and attention she need, and I don't have to worry about her being alone.

Freedom Care has been a Godsend to me. My caregiver takes very good care of me, and I don't feel like such a burden to my family since Freedom Care pays a salary to my caregiver, who is my daughter-in-law. Feeling less of a financial burden to my family has helped with my mental health and attitude. Thank you so much Freedom Care. I hope you can help many more people.
